My order is still incomplete
If your order has not been completed it is likely that the price of your order is not competitive enough with respect to the current market price.
Canceling an open order
First, confirm that your order has not yet been completed in the ‘Open Orders’ section. Here you will be able to cancel any incomplete order.
Can I place a Stop-Loss order?
We currently do not support stop-loss orders but are looking to implement this soon!
